The boring stuff, done by software.

Invoices that file themselves. Bookings that update your calendar. Leads that land in the right inbox. I connect the tools you already pay for.

Tools you can run yourself

n8n on your own infrastructure, or custom scripts when the platform is not enough. Both keep you in control — no vendor lock‑in, no per‑task billing.

Small pilots first

We start with one workflow you actually feel the pain of. If it pays for itself, we build the next one. No twelve‑month transformation programmes.

Documented and debuggable

Each workflow ships with a one‑page diagram and clear logs. When something breaks at 2am, your team can see why without paging me.

Custom code when needed

Most flows live in n8n. When the no‑code ceiling is too low, I drop in custom scripts — TypeScript, Python — without abandoning the platform.

What's included

  • Discovery: which task hurts most, what tools you already use, what data flows where
  • A short written proposal with scope, fixed price and a deadline
  • Build of the automation on your platform (or one of mine if you prefer)
  • Connections to your existing tools (Stripe, e‑conomic, Calendly, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Error handling and notifications when something goes wrong
  • One‑page diagram so the rest of your team understands it
  • Handover and a free month of fixes after go‑live

A good fit for

  • Service businesses drowning in manual booking → calendar → invoice work
  • Sales teams losing leads between forms, CRMs and inboxes
  • Operators paying staff to copy data between two systems daily

Not the right fit if

  • You need 24/7 enterprise integration with strict SLAs
  • You want a full ERP migration
  • You only want a one‑off shortcut with no documentation

How we would work

  1. 01 A free 30‑minute call to map your current process.
  2. 02 A one‑page plan with the proposed flow, fixed price and timeline.
  3. 03 Build with weekly demos against your real data.
  4. 04 Handover, monitoring, and a free month of fixes.

Common questions

What if I am already on Zapier or Make?

I can work in either to maintain or extend what you have. For new builds I reach for n8n — self‑hostable, no per‑task billing, and the visual editor is good enough for non‑developers to maintain.

Do I need engineering staff to maintain this?

No. n8n has a visual editor your operations team can edit without code. I document each workflow so a non‑developer can spot what is wrong when it breaks.

What happens when an automation breaks?

Every workflow has built‑in error notifications going to a channel you control (email, Slack, etc.). For the first month after go‑live, fixes are included. After that, an hourly retainer or per‑fix billing — your choice.

Will this replace my staff?

No. The point is to delete the tedious 5–20% of their week so they can do the work only humans can do — better-served customers, deeper thinking, fewer late nights.
